KWAP Counter Services Limited to Non-Payment Services on 17 & 18 May 2021

Please not that due to unavoidable circumstances, KWAP’s Customer Service Counters in Cyberjaya will be limited to non-payment services only on 17 and 18 May 2021. All other counter services and KWAP Call Centre remains unaffected during this period.

Please adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that have been set when dealing at our service counters to ensure the safety and health of everyone.

We encourage the public to contact the KWAP Call Centre at 03-8887 8777 during the operation hours or to email us at mypesara@kwap.gov.my for any pension related matters.
