Dave Sivaprasad is a core member of the Energy, Social Impact, Public Sector, and People & Organization practices at Boston Consulting Group. He is a member of BCG’s global climate leadership team and works with public and private sector clients on climate action and energy transition.
Dave has significant experience and expertise in the energy sector, including oil and gas, power and utilities, green energy, energy infrastructure, and energy public policy. He has worked with clients around the globe on growth strategies, performance improvement, organizational development, and managing large-scale change. Dave is also an expert for the firm’s climate risk, adaptation, and resilience work in the public sector. He leads the firm’s climate action work in Southeast Asia.
Daniel Oehling is a core member of the Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE), Climate & Sustainability, and Industrial Goods practices at Boston Consulting Group.
Daniel works with investors and industrial conglomerates on developing their climate and sustainability investment strategies, decarbonizing their investment portfolios, and measuring and sustaining their climate efforts.
Daniel has extensive experience across climate change and energy transition topics.
Tiange, the Asia-Pacific Lead at the PCAF Secretariat, supervises all regional activities. As part of the PCAF Secretariat, Tiange and her colleagues support the initiative to develop the first ever Global GHG Accounting and Reporting Standard for the Financial Industry, marked with the official “Built on GHG Protocol”-mark. She is also a managing consultant in the global commercial sustainability segment at Guidehouse. Her work focuses on developing sustainability, and ESG strategies for financial institutions and large corporates. She has considerable experience in project management, greenhouse gas accounting, climate risk analysis, climate scenarios, and emission reduction strategies. Tiange is the co-author of the Strategic Framework for Paris Alignment. Her experience in climate strategy, technical expertise in financed emissions calculations, and qualifications in finance provide a solid foundation for advising financial institutions on net zero data and strategy.
Tiange has supported multinational corporations and investors across a range of geographies including Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America. Prior to joining Guidehouse she worked as an Investment Banking professional in the Natural Resources and Infrastructure practices, where she conducted strategic M&A reviews for clients including a FTSE 100 utilities company.
Tiange completed the Stewardship and Engagement Executive Programme from the University of Oxford and holds a MSc in Climate Change, Management and Finance from Imperial College London. She is a certified sustainability and climate risk manager by the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
Siping Guo leads MSCI’s ESG & Climate research in global TMT sector and MSCI’s ESG & climate research in Greater China market. She publishes research on major ESG trends in the Greater China market and TMT sector such as Nexus of ESG and China’s strategic Policy Shift and How Climate Change Affected Thirsty Chipmakers. She sat on the committee that oversees MSCI ESG Ratings’ methodology, quality and model integrity.
Siping holds a B.S. in material science and engineering from Tsinghua University, as well as an M.S. in industrial ecology from Chalmers University of Technology.
Cedric Lagrange is an Executive Director, Head of ESG & Climate, South Asia in MSCI. Based in Singapore, he leads MSCI ESG commercial activities in South Asia. With over 15 years in sustainable investment across markets and assets, Cedric has extensive product knowledge and experience in sustainability, ESG risks and climate strategies.
Cedric was most recently deputy head of MSCI ESG UK, looking after some of the largest Institutional Investors and Banks in the market. Previously, Cedric held various roles at ISS, a specialist corporate governance provider, and at UBS AM in Bruxelles and London.
Cedric holds a MA in Chinese Studies from SOAS London, a MA in European Public Affairs and graduate diploma from Sciences Po Strasbourg.
