Compliance and Enforcement
The objective of our compliance and enforcement visits to contributing employers is to ensure compliance by employers with the Statutory and Local Authorities Pensions Act 1980 (Act 239) relating to the provisions on contributions. During visits, the team also re-educates and creates awareness among the contributing employers on their duty to contribute based on the Pensions Act 1980 (Act 239).
