Please be informed that Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) [KWAP], in collaboration with the Pension Division, Public Service Department (UPA), have improved the Feedback and Inquiry Form available on JPA Pencen‘s online services or via the following link https://feedbacks.kwap.my/.
The self-service platform is now easier and more systematic and can even be accessed at any time with the following new features:
1. A display of frequentily asked questions is provided for each service;
2. Online applications can now upload up to 20 supporting document attachments; and
3. The status of enquiries, complaints or applications can now be found online.
This improvement aims to ease access for customers to get information related to retirement or submit any complaints, comments and documents according to the services provided.
Customers are encouraged to utilise the forms for a more efficient and improved service quality online for all inquiries or applications related to pension matters from 1 November 2022.
