Prima Ekuiti (UK) Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Retirement Fund (Incorporated) [KWAP] and was registered on 6 October 2011 in England (company registration no.7800059). Its London office was officially launched on 30 April 2012.
It was established as part of KWAP’s initiative to diversify its investments internationally by encouraging active management of foreign investments, as well as building and sustaining talent within the organisation.

The launch was officiated by Tan Sri Dr. Wan Abdul Aziz Wan Abdullah (former Chairman of KWAP) and witnessed by Dato’ Sri Zakaria Sulong (former Malaysian High Commissioner to the UK), Tan Sri Mohammed Azlan Hashim (former Chairman of Prima Ekuiti (UK) Limited), and esteemed guests from the industry.
