             (c)  Fair value hierarchy

                the group and KWap employ the following hierarchy for the determination and disclosure of the fair value of
                financial instruments by valuation techniques:
                level 1:  Quoted (unadjusted) prices in active markets for identical assets or liabilities;

                level 2:  techniques whereby all inputs with significant effect on the recorded fair value is either directly or
                        indirectly observable; and
                level 3:  techniques whereby inputs with significant effect on the recorded fair value is not based on observable
                        market data.
