of the Group Audit Committee and is a member of the Group
Board Risk & Compliance Committee and Group Nomination
& Remuneration Committee.
Dato’ Mohamed Ross currently also sits on two Advisory
Boards overseeing a Private Equity Fund (Ekuinas OFM
Programme and one other) as an Independent Member.
Additionally, he also sits as a Trustee on the Board of Lembaga
Zakat Selangor and also serves as an Independent Director
on the Board of an Asset Management company.
