{"id":4636,"date":"2021-07-19T17:20:02","date_gmt":"2021-07-19T09:20:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kwap.okie.my\/?post_type=media-centre&#038;p=4636"},"modified":"2024-07-05T14:14:13","modified_gmt":"2024-07-05T06:14:13","slug":"reopening-of-kwap-cyberjaya-customer-service-counters-2","status":"publish","type":"media-centre","link":"https:\/\/www.kwap.gov.my\/stg\/media-centre\/reopening-of-kwap-cyberjaya-customer-service-counters-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Reopening of KWAP Cyberjaya Customer Service Counters"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) [KWAP] is pleased to announce the reopening of its Customer Service Counters in Cyberjaya commencing 21 July 2021 as part of Phase One of the National Recovery Plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please be advised on the operating hours for our counters as below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>21 July 2021 onwards &#8211; 8am to 1pm<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please follow the Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) that have been set when dealing at our service counters to ensure the safety and health of everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The public may still utilise the &#8216;drop box&#8217; provided outside the KWAP Service Counter in Cyberjaya for the purpose of submitting documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We encourage the public to contact KWAP Call Centre at 03-8887 8777 or to email us at mypesara@kwap.gov.my for any pension related matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We apologise for any inconveniences caused.
