\n \n Are KWAP\u2019s services still in operation during the Movement Control Order (MCO)?<\/span> <\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span><\/span> <\/div>\n\n
\n

All KWAP\u2019s services are still operating as usual.<\/p>

Majority of our operations will continue with most employees working from home. Due to this, there may be unavoidable delays in the management and processing of documents.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n \n Are KWAP\u2019s Customer Service Counters in Cyberjaya open during the MCO? <\/span> <\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span><\/span> <\/div>\n\n
\n

Following the recent announcement by the Government on the MCO implementation in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya, and other high-risk states in Malaysia, KWAP Customer Service Counters in Cyberjaya will remain in operation at reduced employees\u2019 capacity. Therefore, there may be some delays in our service.<\/p>

KWAP Call Centres will remain in operation as usual. Any queries regarding pension related matters can also be emailed to mypesara@kwap.gov.my<\/a><\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n \n What if there is a document or application form that I would like to submit?<\/span> <\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span><\/span> <\/div>\n\n
\n

KWAP has set up a drop box in front of its Customer Service Counters in Cyberjaya to allow pensioners or employers to submit their application forms, if necessary.<\/p>

We recommend that any application documents to be emailed to mypesara@kwap.gov.my<\/a>.<\/p>

Please be informed that all submissions of documents out of KWAP’s office may experience some delays in processing.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Any optional retirement application need to reach KWAP not less than three (3) months from the date of retirement. The late exemption approval from the Director of the Post Services Division, Public Service Department need to be obtained for late submission.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n \n What about the pension dialysis treatment funding application?<\/span> <\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span><\/span> <\/div>\n\n
\n

Dialysis treatment funding applications for eligible Federal Public Sector retirees and eligible derivativesmust be made by a registered dialysis panel through the eHemodialysis System platform[Guarantee Letter(GL) requestmenu]. Funding approval letter can be downloaded by registered dialysis panelsthrough the eHemodialysis System.<\/p>

All physical documents of the application are required to be submitted to KWAP for record purposes. Any further queries regarding this matter can be directed to medical.pesd@kwap.gov.my<\/a><\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

To date, there are no changes on the employers\u2019 payment of contributionsto KWAP.<\/p>

Therefore,the employers’ contributions remain as follows:<\/p>

a. Employers\u2019 contributions in accordance with Section 8 of the Statutory and Local Authorities Pensions Act 1980 (Act 239) <\/strong><\/p>

b. Contribution for secondment officersin accordance with Service Circular No. 12, 2008 (Policy and Procedure of Appointment of Secondment, Temporary and Permanent Transfer) <\/strong><\/p>

c. Employers\u2019 contributions in accordance with Section 12B of Pensions Act 1980 (Act 227) d. Receipt of government shares in accordance with the respective Agencies Act<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n \n Will KWAP continue to process employers\u2019 contributions as per usual throughout the duration of the MCO?<\/span> <\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span><\/span> <\/div>\n\n

KWAP’s employer contribution process is still ongoing.<\/p>

However, as KWAP employees are currently working from home during the duration of the MCO, there is limited access to certain documents and systems used. This may cause some delay in the process.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n \n How do employers make contribution payment to KWAP during MCO? make contribution payment to KWAP during CMCO?<\/span> <\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span><\/span> <\/div>\n\n

Employers can remit contribution payments to KWAP through the existing paymentmethods as follows:<\/p>

a. Online payment(EFT\/TT\/RENTAS) <\/strong><\/p>

b. Cheque <\/strong><\/p>

The contribution forms (CN3 \/ CN4 and \/ or CN6) must be emailed to eft.contribution@kwap.gov.my<\/a> to enable the issuance of payment receipt<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n \n Can the contribution payment chequebe mailed via postal services?<\/span> <\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span><\/span> <\/div>\n\n

Yes, the employer can send their contribution payment cheques by mail as per usual practice.<\/p>

However, to avoid any delay, we highly recommend that employers deposit their cheques directly into KWAP account at RHB bank counters or RHB cheque deposit machines.<\/p>

If the employer wishesto deposit the chequedirectly into KWAP account, please email to eft.contribution@kwap.gov.my<\/a> to obtain details of KWAP account.<\/p>

Once the cheque has been deposited into KWAP account, please email the contribution forms (CN3 \/ CN4 and \/ or CN6) to eft.contribution@kwap.gov.my<\/a>.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Yes, payment receipts will be issued viaemail (e-notification) as perusual practice.<\/p>

Employers can notify KWAP via email to eft.contribution@kwap.gov.my<\/a> to change from using cheque to EFT\/TT or RENTAS and to obtain details of KWAP account<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n \n How can an employer use the Contribution Portal?<\/span> <\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span><\/span> <\/div>\n\n
\n

The Contribution Portal Registration Form can be downloaded from the official KWAP website at kwap.gov.my<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Please complete the form and email it to enquiry.contribution@kwap.gov.my<\/a> for our further action.<\/p>\n

Once an employer user ID is activated, the employer can start using the Contribution Portal to:<\/p>\n

1. Submit Member Registration <\/strong><\/p>\n
