His global exposure spans across financial control, treasury management, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance \u2013equipping him with a broad perspective on financial governance and transformation.<\/p><p>Prior to joining KWAP, he served at Cagamas Group, where he held the role of CFO before being appointed as Chief Business Officer. He also held senior leadership roles in the United Kingdom, including at C. Hoare &amp; Co., the oldest bank in the United Kingdom, and Aldermore Bank.\u00a0 He began his career with KPMG and Ernst &amp; Young, specialising in audit and assurance.<\/p><p>He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (FCT), a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics as well as a Sloan Master\u2019s in Leadership and Strategy from London Business School.<\/p><p>Chief Executive Officer of KWAP, Datuk Hajah Nik Amlizan Mohamed said, \u201cEncik Hakim\u2019s wealth of experience in strategic financial leadership and his solid track record in driving performance and governance make him an invaluable addition to KWAP\u2019s leadership team.
