All KWAP employees are required to act in the best interest of KWAP and not putting themselves in a position where they are involved in an activity for personal gain that is in conflict with KWAP’s interest. A conflict of interest arises when personal interest and relationships impair, or appear to impair the independence of any action/judgment in which an employee may need to make in discharging his/her duties to KWAP. Any conflict of interest that arises must be declared accordingly.
KWAP is committed to perform its business and operations based on the concepts of integrity, transparency and accountability, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
As part of good corporate governance, KWAP has established whistleblowing mechanism to address genuine disclosure on misconducts, unlawful or unethical activities committed, or about to be committed within KWAP and/or its subsidiaries.
KWAP employees and members of the public are encouraged to report such matters, in good faith, without fear of reprisal. Every effort will be taken to ensure the anonymity of the whistleblower's identity is maintained.
