Responsibilities:

• Responsible over the review and implementation of the Private Equity (PE) strategy
• Responsible over the management and operations of PE investments
• Responsible for sourcing PE deals, undertaking due diligence and preparation of investment papers to the Investment Committee, Investment Panel and Board
• Responsible for preparation and execution of all documentations and other related activities to achieve final close of all approved PE deals
• Responsible for attending all meetings with private equity funds and direct private equity entities
• Responsible for updating, maintaining and complying to ALTID’s Investment Policy and Guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOP), desk file and other documentations
• Represent KWAP or Department in various committees as appointed by HOD
• Responsible to review, evaluate, measure and report performance of PE investments
• Responsible for the yearly revenue, cost and income budget for the PE department as well as KPIs for the staff of the department
• Responsible to keep abreast of current developments in the private equity industry and maintain strong industry network
• To give briefings to the HODs and CEO whenever required
• To carry out other assignments assigned by HOD from time to time

Requirements:

• MBA or other graduate degree in business, economics, finance, accounting or related field
• Extensive knowledge in Private Equity industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• CFA preferred
• Minimum of 10-15 years related investment experience
