Responsibilities
· Implement of the approved business plan and strategy of property investment and property management.
· To assist VP in monitor of property investment process in execution of property investments.
· Close liaison with Real Estate Investment Manager (REIM) and/or property manager on day to day operations of properties in KWAP’s portfolio.
· To ensure receive of timely reporting from REIM and/or property manager.
· Liaison with other departments in KWAP to ensure timely and proper execution of investments and management of properties.
· Monitor of annual income target and expenses budgeted for the Property Division.
· Preparation of progress and performance reports of property investment and property management of KWAP’s property investments.
· Attend relevant briefings/meetings/training to enhance knowledge and know-how in property investment
· Extensive networking skills / capabilities and deal sourcing
Requirements
· Degree in estate management/land, economics, accounting, business, economics, finance or relater field
· Strong foundation and knowledge of the asset class
· Strong analytical skills and technical knowledge
· Strong networking capabilities/skills
· Excellent communication skills, both oral presentation and writing
· Minimum of 5 years of related experience
