Responsibilities
-
Develop financial model and assist in structuring corporate exercises involving financial, taxation and legal aspects
to be undertaken at corporate level and investment level
-
Conduct analysis and provide recommendation pertaining to corporate exercises undertaken by KWAP’s investee companies
- Undertake strategic review on specific industry or company
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Studies
- Possess experience in executing Corporate Finance projects
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Eloquent in written and spoken English
- Possess 5 years related working experience
