Our objective is to invest in strategic assets for steady income with growth on rents and capital values in order to achieve commendable returns that contribute well to KWAP’s overall goals.

| Strategic Asset Allocation
(SAA) |
|
|
KWAP’s Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA) for investment in domestic and international properties are at 1% and 3% respectively. As a risk mitigation measure, exposure of an asset at any one time shall not exceed 30% of the SAA.

| Portfolio Target |
|
Prospective investments both domestic and foreign are with preference to be located in central business district areas. The portfolio is targeted to be a well diversified one in terms of locations, types, sectors and sizes.
Acquisition of the strategic assets can be via direct acquisition or partnership. |

KWAP has embarked on its first international
property investment through the purchase of an office building in
Melbourne, Australia in December 2010. KWAP also initiated a joint venture with
Employees Provident Fund to purchase three properties in United
Kingdom.
