The objective of compliance
and enforcement visit to the contributing employers is to ensure total compliance
by employers to Statutory and Local Authorities Pensions Acts 1980
(Act 239) and Service Circular No 12/2008. Interactions with contributing
employers also aid in their education and enlightenment on issues relating
to pension contributions.
